As an owner, Instant Booking makes your life easier! You no longer have to manage numerous rental requests, texts and questions answered, and you no longer have to accept rentals before the tenants pay. With instant booking it’s automatic!

This feature also allows you to only receive reservations that match your previously specified criteria. No more wasted time and tailor-made rentals are yours!

You can specify in your advertisement your hours of availability, the minimum time between 2 rentals or the duration and the minimum / maximum mileage desired.

To rent a car on ProxeedCar, as the holder of the rental contract, you must meet the following conditions:

Be 18 years of age or older
Hold for more than 2 years a valid driving 

Have you been involved in an accident with a third party? You must therefore complete an amicable contract.

But depending on the situation (only your vehicle is involved? One or more other vehicles too?), the procedure may change.

Two possibilities (at the choice of the owner):

– If the contract is made from the application (the vast majority of cases), tenant and owner complete the necessary information and digitally sign the contract. An email will then be sent with a link to the contract (in PDF format) after each inventory.

– If the contract is printed, it is up to the owner to go to the inventory of fixtures with two copies of the contract, to fill them in identically, and to the two parties to sign the two copies and to keep one , which they will complete and sign on their return.
